Quick Fixes

You may find that the following simple tips will address issues you are having with Canvastic. Please try them before contacting technical support.

Quit and restart Canvastic to see if the problem persists. If you can't duplicate it, chances are we can't either.

Shut down and restart your computer. This will likely address issues related to the operating system.

Check the requirements page to make sure your system is supported. While Canvastic may run on Windows 98, however, we don't offer support for that or any other older operating systems that are not listed on our Requirements page.

Check the downloads page to make sure you are running the latest version of Canvastic.
